SACRAMENTO—California Legislative Innovation and Technology Caucus co-chair Assemblymember Evan Low (D-Silicon Valley) issued the following statement today in response to the FCC’s vote to repeal net neutrality.
“An open and fair internet is critical to fostering the innovation that makes our state thrive,” said Assemblymember Evan Low. “I have deep concerns about the FCC's move to repeal net neutrality. We will be watching very closely to ensure today’s vote does not hinder the egalitarian and competitive spirit that has allowed so many businesses to succeed and grow in our great state.”
