California Legislative LGBT Caucus Celebrates Pride Month, Talks Legislative Priorities

(West Hollywood, CA) - Assemblymember Evan Low (D-San Jose), members of the CA Legislative LGBT Caucus and state and local LGBT leaders highlighted legislation to support and lift up California's LGBT community during a news conference at the West Hollywood Library. Assemblymember Low noted that two measures (AB 2943/Conversion Therapy and AJR 172/Discrimination Apology) have received substantial bipartisan support. “Love transcends partisanship,” he said. “And with that we continue to celebrate Pride but recognize the work that we have ahead of us.”
