Low Responds to Governor Brown’s State of the State Speech

(Sacramento)  - Assemblymember Evan Low (D-San Jose) reacted positively to Governor Jerry Brown’s 16th and final State of the State speech. “It’s important to make sure we provide an opportunity and a blueprint for the State of California, unlike what we see at the federal level with the Trump Administration.”
